How Zapier Works with Nx

Zapier allows you to connect different apps together and set the conditions for a zap. A zap consists of a trigger, or the “When this happens” condition and the action, or the “Do this” condition. Zapier also allows for many actions. Nx Witness can be set as the trigger, in which it creates an HTTP link in the event rules of Nx Witness. The “When” field in the event rule is user-defined. It can also be set as the action, in which the zap occurs in Nx Witness as a generic event. It can then perform a user-defined action in the event rules. 

For example, you can use Zapier to send SMS text messages when motion on camera happens.
