Network Optix Unveils a Bold New Look with the Launch of Gen 6
For Gen 6, we’ve chosen DIN2014 as our primary typeface, a modern evolution of the classic DIN typeface rooted in wayfinding and signage systems. Originally designed for precision and clarity in industrial settings, DIN has long been associated with guiding people through complex environments with ease. This makes it a natural fit for Gen 6 and our mission to provide clear, and intuitive solutions to empower users. DIN2014 supports our forward-thinking approach, offering a visual consistency that directly reflects our commitment to innovation and growth.
In our rebrand, we’ve simplified the color palette to two core tones – a dark (#1D252D) and a light (#F3F7F8), while introducing specific indicator colors for each product: Witness (#407EC9), EVOS (#7E8389), and Go (#C07D59). This purposeful minimal approach creates a visual system rooted in harmony, where each color serves a deliberate role. The dark and light colors form a neutral backdrop, providing consistency and balance across all mediums, while the indicator colors distinguish each product yet foster a sense of cohesion within the broader brand ecosystem, reinforcing clarity and purpose.
The Nx Witness logo is inspired by three essential elements: the system operator, representing the human intelligence driving the tech; the pixel, symbolizing the precision and clarity of the visual data being processed; and the camera, the backbone of our system. By integrating these three aspects – the operator, the pixel, and the camera – the design reflects the interconnected nature of Witness’ approach to video surveillance. The new logo is bold, making a visually striking statement that aligns with the core nature of Nx Witness as the flagship product in our product lineup.
The Nx EVOS logo encapsulates the platform’s multifaceted and layered nature, serving as a reflection of both its depth and complexity – key to its layered capabilities. At its core, the internal formation of a lowercase ‘e’ highlights the mission of the platform to empower developers in building AI-driven video and metadata solutions, with a little nod to what made Meta, well Meta. The design not only captures the platform’s innovative essence, it also showcases how data can converge to create a dynamic, 3D environment – embodying Nx EVOS as a true playground for advanced development.
The Nx Go logo is inspired by three integral elements: the journey, representing the seamless movement and connectivity enabled by the platform; the target, symbolizing the precision and focus of the IoT solutions enabled; and the road, depicting both information roadways, both in the digital and physical world. The design captures Nx Go’s commitment to transportation efficiency through visual intelligence. The sleek and bold logo reflects Nx Go’s innovative spirit and forward-thinking role in the transportation and IoT landscape.
In conclusion, the Gen 6 rebrand, alongside the launch of Gen 6 Pro and Gen 6 Enterprise, signifies a bold step forward in both our visual identity and our technological capabilities. This refreshed look, paired with the advanced features introduced in Gen 6, reinforces our commitment to innovation and empowering our partners with cutting-edge, AI-driven video solutions. As we continue to shape the future of intelligent video and data-driven operations, this transformation strengthens our vision for a connected, efficient, and smarter world.
