    Nx Interview Process

    Your path to joining the Nx team starts with a transparent and organized interview process, designed to highlight your unique strengths and assess how well you resonate with our culture and objectives

    1. Screening Questions

    This step involves a few targeted, job-specific questions to assess your expertise. Your responses help us evaluate your knowledge and suitability for the role before moving forward in the hiring process.

    2. Recruiter Interview

    The first interview is a video interview with a Network Optix recruiter, lasting approximately 45 minutes. The recruiter interview includes questions about your background, experience, and career goals, as well as an overview of the role, company, and hiring process.

    3. Pre-Interview Challenge

    After a successful recruiter interview, you may be asked to complete a position-specific Pre-Interview Challenge quiz to prepare you and the hiring team for technical interviews. The quiz will take 15-20 minutes on average and focuses on the hard skills required for the job.

    4. Hiring Manager Interview

    After passing the initial screening stages, you will have a 1-1,5-hour video interview with the Nx hiring manager. The hiring manager interview focuses on assessing your technical skills, experience, and problem-solving abilities while also evaluating your fit for the team and company culture.

    5. Technical Interview

    You may be required to attend 1 or 2 technical interviews, each lasting 1-2 hours. Some will be panel interviews, involving up to 4 interviewers. The technical interview assesses your job-specific skills and problem-solving abilities through case studies or technical questions. It may also include real-world scenarios and discussions about past projects. Most of the technical interviews are video interviews.

    6. HR Interview

    The 1-hour long HR interview focuses on evaluating your soft skills, motivation, cultural fit, and past experiences using situational and competency-based questions.
