Occurs if a new Server is connected to another Server on the same network and pulls data from same Cameras. In this case, some Cameras may drop offline because they may not provide several streams simultaneously. This results in Camera Disconnection/Malfunction Event. Message contains the specific list of cameras that are used by both servers.
