Occurs if network is unable to transfer data between Camera and Server and packet loss is detected. That may cause for frame rate to drop on Camera(s). If no frames are received from Camera for 10 seconds, Camera is considered offline. Camera Disconnection/Malfunction event is then generated in this particular case.
